Willie T. Putman, 90, of Rogersville, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at El Reposo Nursing Facility.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 29th from 1 – 2 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Jerry Marlow officiating. Burial will be in Barkley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Danny Varnell, Jimmy Bailes, Kevin Putman, Jamie Liverett, Shannon Felker and Matt Carpenter.
Mrs. Putman was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James “Arlon” Putman; parents, Jim & Lillie Barnett; brothers, James “Buddy” Barnett, Bill Barnett, JD Barnett and Roy Barnett; sisters, Jewel Barnett and Emma Jean Wilson; son-in-law, Steve Liverett. She is survived by her children, Jackie (Danny) Varnell, Margaret Felker, Judy (Randy) Newbury, Connie Walker, Arlene Liverett, Becky (Jimmy) Bailes, James (Peggy) Putman and Danny (Beverly) Putman; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
