Memorial service for Willie Bolan, 79, of Decatur will be Sunday July 5, 2020 at 4 PM , at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, at with Rev. Chris Martin officiating. Parkway Funeral Home is assisting the family. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Mr. Bolan, who died Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at his residence, was born, October 22, 1940, to William Olivett Bolan and Eva Lavern Cowart Bolan. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and retired from Champion Paper Mill.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers – Robert Lewis Bolan, Connie Cecil Bolan, Billy Delbert Bolan
Sisters – Rosa Elizabeth Fuller, Myrle Lavina Bolan
Survivors include:
Wife – Sandy Bolan of 61 years
Sons – Tony Bolan, Todd (Kelsie) Bolan
Daughters – Rhonda (Greg) Morgan, Katina Eades
Brother – Rayburn Olivett (Kathy) Bolan
9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
