Mr. Willie “Billy” Robertson, Jr. age 56, a resident of Columbia, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor J.J. Jacob officiating. A visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 10AM-12PM at the funeral home. Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on July 25, 1963 in Davidson County, Billy was the son of the late Willie Robertson, Sr. and the late Reather Mason Robertson. He worked as a maintenance technician for the United States Postal Service in Columbia and was of the Church of Christ faith. Billy was a man who lived his life to the fullest. He enjoyed doing mechanic work, including working on lawn mowers, and was an avid bowler.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving fiancé, Pam Gunderson; and his sisters: Hilda Jane (Ray) Yates of Nolensville, Linda (Philp) Williams of Goodlettsville, Sherry (Tony) McDonald of Nashville and Anita Bechard of Lynchburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the local Humane Society: 1233 Mapleash Avenue, Columbia, TN 38401.
