William Vernon Powers, born March 28, 1963, age 59, of Elkmont, Alabama, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023, at his home.
He was the son of the late Harold Wayne Powers and Nellie Lee Smith Powers.
Mr. Powers has lived around the Elkmont area his whole life and was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his father as well as his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife Jennifer Powers; son William Justin (Gina) Powers; daughters, Tonya Dawn Powers, Elizabeth Lee (Michael) Daniel, and Morgan (Cody) James; brothers, Ricky (Norma) Powers, David (Fannie) Powers; grandchildren, Katie Looney, Andrew Powers, Carlos Powers, Cody Daniel, Trent Daniel, and Henry James; great grandchild Stella Looney, as well as two nieces and one great niece.
A visitation has been scheduled for Mr. Powers at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Monday, February 6, 2023, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home is assisting the family with services.
