William Thomas “Tom” O’Neal Sr., 77, died Sunday July 27, 2014. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay. The service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Ridge Cemetery, Golden, Mississippi. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
