William Robert “Robby” Murphy, 50, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at the North Mississippi Medical Center – Iuka. He enjoyed fishing, C.B. Radio, and working outside. Visitation is scheduled for 5 until 9 PM on Wednesday, July 29 at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 PM on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. R.C. Scott and Dr. Tony Curtis. Interment will follow in Asphalt Rock Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jeff Cornelius, David Cornelius, David Benefield, Jason Carithers, Peyton Deaton, and Hunter Deaton. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. He is survived his wife, Bridgett Deaton Murphy of Iuka; his mother, Mary Lou Murphy of Cherokee, AL; 4 daughters – Aylissa Murphy of Tuscumbia; Morgan Benefield (David) of Iuka; Samantha Murphy (Jason) of Iuka; and Mari Beth Murphy of Iuka; 2 brothers – Donny Joe Murphy (Melissa) of Iuka and Chuck Murphy (Lisha) of Cherokee, AL; and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Murphy.
