William Richard “Bill” Easter, 85, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023. Visitation will be Monday, September 25, 2023, from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Cherokee. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with burial in Cherokee Memorial Park. Other arrangements will be announced.
