William Paul Pierce, Sr. passed away at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia on Wednesday, January 6, 2021. He was born in Pulaski on May 26, 1959 and was 61 years old.
He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. He was a member of Ethridge Church of Christ and worked at Fafnir. He was a coach and player of many sports. He was well known as “Peter Paul”. He was an avid sports fan and an enthusiastic peddler. He enjoyed spending his time with his family and friends.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Paul Pierce and mother and step-father, Jack and Ruth Sisk Barnett.

Son, Will Pierce of Pulaski, TN
Son, Sam (Erika) Pierce of Lawrenceburg, TN
Surrogate sons, John (Nicole) Black and SSG Robert (Cassandra) Black of Pulaski
Step-children, Susan (Max) Silverman of Columbia, and David (Hannah) Lee of Franklin.
Grandchildren, Drake Elizabeth and Maycie Gentry, and Liberty and Lilly Pierce.
Sister-in-Law, Heather Robey of Lawrenceburg.
