Funeral services for Mr. William Middleton, age 73, are scheduled for 3 PM, Saturday, August 1, 2020 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Mt. Gilead Cemetery near Shady Hill. Mr. Middleton passed away Thursday at his home in Decaturville. He was born June 4, 1947 in Lexington to the late William Alfred and Willie Mae Brunt Middleton. He was retired from Kolpak and loved fishing and boating. He enjoyed going to flea markets and yard sales and collecting Dale Earnhardt memorabilia. He also loved to go to his grandchildren’s ballgames. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Kimberly Parrish; two brothers, Charles and Tony Middleton; and one grandchild, Starlyn Parrish. Survivors include his wife of 14 years, Mrs. Linda Sherron Middleton; two sons, Tim Middleton (Mandy) and Jonathan Middleton (Leslie); step-son, Rocky Ray (Jennifer); step-daughter, Missy Pritchard; sisters, Judy Bingham (Jerry) and Dorothy Mooney; five grandchildren, Dustin Middleton (Kaylie), Hunter Middleton, Drake Middleton, Sawyer Middleton, and Sage Middleton; seven step grandchildren, Kristen Miller, Aaron Pritchard, Eric Pritchard, Ethan Ray, Ariana Ray, Austin Davis, and Hayley Landers; and five great grandchildren.
