William M. “Bill” Burdine, 83, of Huntsville, passed away Monday. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Ann Burdine; daughter, Karen Burdine Cotton (Tim); and granddaughter, Caroline Cotton. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Burdine and his son, Mike Burdine.
He was a lifelong resident of Madison County and was retired from NASA. He served his country during the Korean War in the USAF.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 9 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Big Oak Ranch, Springville, AL 35746.
