William Lee Biggers – Obituary

William Lee Biggers, 78, of Florence, passed away Nov. 22, 2013. He was a 1953 graduate of Coffee High School, and a U.S. Army veteran.
The family plans to have a private memorial service at a later date.
Mr. Biggers was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bessie Calloway Biggers Atkisson; and stepfather, Clyde Atkisson.
He is survived by his wife, Dora Hyde Biggers; daughter, Jo Nell Johnson (Keith) of Decatur; sisters, Martha Sue McLamb of Tampa, Fla., Helen Kay Mohammadi of Atlanta; grandchildren, Randall Wilson (Heather), Tanya Mabry-Rea (Jeremy) all of Decatur; great-grandchildren, Jacob and Bailey Rea.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
