William Jacob “Jack” Womack age 46 of Huntsville passed away Sept. 4, 2018.
Mr. Womack is survived by his wife Holly R. Womack; children Grant Womack and Emma-Mae Womack; parents Billy Joe & Cheryl Womack;
two sisters Amy Guettler (Kevin), and Emily Pierce (Keith); brother Joey Womack; and a host of nieces nephews, aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
He was a native of Kelso, TN, and a resident of Madison County for over 19 years, and was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church. Arrangements will be announced later. Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
