Funeral services for Mr. William Henry Teague, Jr. , age 79, are scheduled for 2 PM, Sunday, June 30, 2013 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Crocker and Bro. Danny Adkisson officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery. Mr. Teague passed away late Thursday in Nashville. He was born January 25, 1934 in Henderson County to the late William Henry and Nola Mae Todd Teague. He was a retired Navy Veteran, farmer, and construction worker. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Lexington. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Electa McPeake, Alene Powers, and Exie Campbell. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Mrs. Johnnie Moore Teague of Lexington, his son, Terry Teague of Lexington, his daughter, Sherry (Harold) Renfroe of Darden, a brother, Jerry Teague, a sister, Jean Johnson, two grandchildren, Jessica Lynne (Tom) York and Erica Nicole (Josh) Quarles, a step grandson, Craig Barton, step granddaughter, Hannah Keymon, and two step great grandchildren, Adyson Paige and Parker Lane Barton. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be sent to Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery.
