William Glenn Seal, age 84, Russellville, entered the kingdom of Heaven on Wednesday, the 28th day of January. He devoted his life first and foremost to our Lord and Savior.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a blessing to anyone that ever crossed his path.
The visitation was 6–8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015, at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 2 p.m., today, Feb. 1, 2015, at Spry Memorial Chapel. Speaking at the service will be Brother Jeremy Seal and Brother Greg Reynolds. Burial will be at Ramsey King Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Webster Seal; mother, Inez Kent Seal; five brothers; two sisters; daughter, Deborah Lynne Patterson; and great-granddaughter, Grace Ann Thigpen.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 37 years, Nell Turner Seal; children, Fredia Lawson (husband, Kenneth), Glenda Melton (husband, Duke), Danny Patterson Sr. and Anthony Davis (wife, Laronna); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, Danny Lee Patterson Jr., Keyna Robinson (David), Jessica Thigpen (Jerome), Jason Potts (Jim), Jeffrey Potts (Ashley), Leoma Agee (Ryan), Elisa Agee (Thomas), Lisa Brown (Glenn), Nathan Atkins (Kelly), William Atkins, Ashlynne Atkins, Katelynne Atkins, Britttany Brown, Matthew Brown, Nicole Aday, Shane Patterson, Sienna Davis, Mason Adams, Jackson Aday, Rebecca Risner, Kim Myrick (Andrew), Laura Robinson, Maddie Potts, Isabella Potts, Azalea Suckodolski, Landon Suckodolshi, Kyrah Agee, Freddy Rider, Eli Agee, Emma Risner, Addison Risner, Amber Myrick, Ivy Ameriah Patterson and Connor Patterson; sister, Betty Smith; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
The pallbearers will be Nathan Atkins, Will Atkins, Lee Patterson, Duke Melton, Jeffrey Potts and Glen Brown.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Anthony Davis, Melanie Malone and the staff of Gentiva Hospice for the love and care shown towards Glenn during his illness.
