William Gary Wells, 82, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Wells; father, William Erastus Wells; mother, Onella Virgina Wells; son, Jimmy Wells; two stepsons; and three step-grandchildren.
Surviving are son, Danny (Tabitha) Wells; stepson, David Ammann; stepdaughter, Dorothy Lanier (Clifton); daughter-in-law, Lamenda Wells; brother, James (Linda) Wells; sisters, Joan (Jerold) Harbin and Jill (Chris) Crabtree; and thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Friday at 1:00 PM with Rev. Cody Gilliam officiating.
Interment will be in Green Valley Cemetery.
