Funeral for William Floyd Nichols, 84, of Decatur will be Saturday, March 16, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Nichols passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was preceded in death by one son, Roger William Nichols. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and from TVA.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Deloris Nichols; daughter-in-law, Lynda C. Nichols of Somerville; sister, Betty Nichols of Arkansas; and two grandchildren, Billy Nichols and Rogers Nichols II.
