William Ferrell Bland, 70, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Cliff Haven Church, Sheffield. Burial, with military honors, will be in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. The body will be placed in the church one hour before services. He was the husband of Sue Bland.
