William Eugene “Buster” Phillips, 83 of Scottsboro, Alabama, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Highlands Medical Center surrounded by his loving family.
Mr. Phillips is Survived by his Son, David Phillips (Claire), Grandchildren, Zander and Genesis, Brother, Thomas Phillips, Sisters, Louise Dean (Robert), Brenda Lusk. He is Preceded in death by his Wife, Margaret Ann Phillips and his Parents, William Thomas Phillips & Sybil Irene Phillips.
Visitation will be on Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Rudder Funeral Home Scottsboro from 12:30 – 2:00 PM.
A Graveside Service will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery at 2:30 PM with Rev. Dr. David Phillips officiating.
