William Edward Appleton passed away on February 15th, 2023 at Meadowbrook Nursing & Rehab in Pulaski, Tennessee. He was born on December 29th, 1953 and was 69 years old. William was hair stylist in Indiana, Florida, and retired in his hometown in Tennessee. He loved to travel and go to Dog Days in Ardmore. A visitation was held Monday, February 20th, 2023 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the Willow Grove Missionary Baptist Church. The Memorial Service followed at 12:00pm on Monday, February 20th, 2023 at the Willow Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his stepfather and mother, Olen Starks, Sr. and Pearline Appleton. His brother Olen Starks Jr. He is survived by his daughter Wilecia Appleton. Brother, Joe T Starks of Huntsville, Alabama. Brother, Darrelle E. (Casandra) Starks of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Sister, Shirley (James) Smith of Elkmont, Alabama. Sister, Eddie Marie Starks of Pulaski, Tennessee. Sister, Onitta Martindale of Pulaski, Tennessee. Sister, Paula Johnson of Nashville, Tennessee. Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins also survive.
