William David Bryant, 81 of Ardmore, Alabama died on Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at his home.
Born Saturday, April 13, 1935 in Ardmore, Alabama, he was the son of the late Ben Bryant and the late Mable Culps Bryant. He was a member of Elkton Church of Christ and was a Veteran of the US Army, serving in the Korean War.
He enjoyed woodworking and was preceded in death by his parents and siblings: Howard, Pauline, Ruby, Clara Dean, Curtis, Jimmy, and Paul Eugene.
Surviving are his wife: Patricia Bryant of Ardmore, AL, son, William Darrell Bryant of Elkmont, AL, daughter, Daphne Bryant (William) Woodruff of Elkmont, AL, brother, Billy Bryant of Elkmont, AL, sister, Shirley Powell of Ardmore, AL, grandchildren: Tia, Chase, Michael, Lauren, Bree, Callie, Sydnee, and Sam, and great-grandchildren:Anna, Brylee, Chloe, Ellis, Hutson, Bryant, and Kynley.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Robert Fudge officiating. Burial will be in Hasting Cemetery, Ardmore, AL.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home, Ardmore, Alabama.
