William Clinton “Clint” McKee, of Manhattan, New York, passed away at the too young age of 43.
Clint, the beloved son of Debbie and the late Bill McKee was born on March 29, 1980 in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a graduate of Goodpasture Christian School and earned his Associate Degree from The Golf Academy of America in Apopka, Florida.
A world traveler and bona fide adventure enthusiast, Clint had just started a new chapter of his life he had long since dreamed of by relocating to New York City.
A jam band fanatic, he toured the United States and Mexico following his favorite musical acts. When not listening to live music, you could find him on the disc golf course or on a dirt bike trail.
In the last few years, he became a devoted caregiver to his grandparents and found a renewed love of farming. Clint tirelessly worked to beautify the family farm. He spent years bringing new life to the land he worked on as a child. He would beam with pride when visitors came and he would lead the way on his dirt bike to show off his handwork.
Clint lit up any room he walked into with a huge smile and even bigger personality. He truly lived life full-out. Even though no adventure was too big for him, he was happiest when he had his entire family together in one place for holidays and special occasions. When together, he never turned down a trivia game, maybe that’s because he never lost.
In addition to his father, he is welcomed into heaven by Peggy Kilgore, his maternal grandmother and paternal grandparents, William and Mary McKee.
Survivors include his mother, Deborah McKee (Mark) Bishop; sister, Jenna McKee (Max) Zarchin; sister, Rebekah Bishop, girlfriend, Felicia Turturiello; grandfather, Jack Kilgore; uncle, Jack Mason (Michelle) Kilgore; aunt, Tessa (Kevin) Burnett; nephew, Brady Zarchin; niece, Juliette Zarchin; and cousins, Mason Kilgore, Kalin Kilgore, Aaron (Grace) Burnett and their daughter Lucy, Bryson (Tori) Burnett, Jacquelyn (Chuck) Whitt; great aunt and uncle Ginny and Kelly Kilgore and family friend Wanda (Sonny) King.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 1:00PM on Thursday, March 14th, with Brother Corey Minter and Brother Tom Malone officiating.
