William “Buddy” Davis London, age 71, of Cornersville, Tennessee, died Sunday, June 9, 2024, at his residence.
Buddy was born May 21, 1953, in Cornersville, Tennessee, to the late Willie and Ruth Orr London. He was a well-known banker in Marshall County until his retirement when he was able to enjoy farming. He was a member of the Cornersville Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Vickie Yeiser London; one daughter, Anna Morgan London of Belfast; one son, Bentley London of Franklin; brother, George London of Columbia, three sisters, Linda Lamberth of Gallatin, Rhessa (Guy) Wilson of Shelbyville, and Julie (Phil) Burgess of Nashville; two grandchildren, Isla Rose London and Emma Catherine London; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family will be held at Cornersville Funeral Home, 310 North Main Street, Cornersville, TN, on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held following the funeral service on Thursday at the Tennessean Travel Stop from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
