William “Bill” Lloyd Tasker

William “Bill” Lloyd Tasker, 67, of Madison, AL, passed away on January 30, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital.  He was born in Albert Lea, MN on July 14, 1953 to Robert and Betty (Haines) Tasker.

Bill grew up in Alden and attended school in Alden and graduated from Albert Lea High School.  He attended Minnesota State University in Mankato on a wrestling scholarship.  Bill later went on to the University of Arizona and earned his degree in Engineering. Some of his hobbies were spending time with Jody and their little dog Sadie Diablo, traveling, photography, playing guitar, cooking on the smoker, and listening to music.

He is survived by Jody Riley (spouse); brother, Robert “Bob” Tasker, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Amber Tasker, Adrienne Holtad (Christopher) Benson, Andria Baas (Randy Baseman), Jonal (Tena) Tasker; great-nieces and nephews, Zoe, Zana, Damian, Bailee, Hunter, Rose, Lilly and Sierra Tyler, Ethian, Addison, Alexis, and Noah Tasker; and Nick Riley (Kalynn); and grandchildren, Khalie, Zoey and Branch Riley.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Paul and Terry; sister and brother-in-law, Linda (Lee) Holstad; nephew, Scott Holstad; and niece, April Tasker.

Berryhill Funeral Home assisted the family.
