William “Bill” Glenn Baggett, age 87, of Sumiton passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, March 9, 2023 at New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Kevin Bowman will officiate. Bell Funeral Home Sumiton has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Bill attended New Canaan Baptist Church during his youth and had recently been attending Grace Baptist Church. He was a life member of the Brooklyn Lodge #704.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Eva P. Baggett; parents, Earnest and Icey Baggett; brothers Stephen “Sonny” Baggett and Nathan Dale Baggett; and sister, Lanell Jaudon.
He is survived by his daughter, Roxann Baggett; sister, Pat Earley; and a host of other relatives and friends.
