William “Bill” F. Sincock – Obituary

billWilliam “Bill” F. Sincock, 88, of Florence, died Friday, March 28, 2014. His visitation will be Wednesday, April 2, 2014, from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. His funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Crooked Oak Cemetery.

Mr. Sincock was a native of Detroit, Michigan. He was a retired combat war officer of the United States Marine Corps serving in WWII and Korea and also retired from the City of Florence Utilities. He was a member of the American Legion and Crooked Oak Baptist Church.

He is survived by his step son, Joe King, of Lexington; step daughter, Shera King, of Florence; sisters, Mary Lou Dehaan and Virginia R. Lauferski; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pall bearers will be the United States Marine Corps.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the sixth floor nursing staff of E.C.M. Hospital and also Dr. Lango and Dr. Webb.
