Mr. William “Bill” Earl Graham age 75, Florence of the Oakland community, passed away Friday march 7th, 2014 after a short illness. Visitation will be Monday March 10th at from 11:30am till 2pm at Elkins Funeral Home of Florence, Services to follow at 2pm in the Chapel with Ellis Coats and Willis Hamblin officiating. Burial will be at Tri-Cities memorial Gardens. Bill’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents E.R. Graham and Mattie Mae Graham, brother Donald Graham, father-in-law Leon Kelso, brother-in-law Herman Odell and nephew Mark L. Kelso.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Martha Kelso Graham. Four sons; David Graham (Cassie), Wayne Graham (Tammy), Greg Graham (Dena) and Chris Graham. Grandchildren; Hilton Graham, Caleb Graham, Courtney Graham (Daniel), Aspen Graham, Hunter Graham, Hunter Kelley and Luke Moore and great grandchild Emma Rose. Brother, Bobby Graham (Carolyn) and sister Jeri O’Dell.
Bill was a member of the Oakland Church of Christ where he served as an elder for several years. He retired from Reynolds (Wise Alloys) after 40years. Served in the United States Army four years between 1956 – 1960. He loved the game of golf for many years developing many friends.
