Mr. William (Bill) Cooper, Jr., age 77, of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Scottsboro Funeral Home with Pastor Pat Mahan officiating. Interment will follow at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Cooper is survived by his wife, Wanda Phillips Cooper; sons, Chris (Jackie) Cooper and Tim Cooper; grandchildren, Michael Cooper, Dr. Kyle (Amanda) Cooper, Dylan Cooper, Aubrey Cooper, William Cooper IV (Liam), and Alyssa Cooper (Aly); great grandchild, Jack Cooper; sisters, Lovelda Sims and Mary Nell Elmore; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, William A. Cooper, III; father, William A. Cooper, Sr.; mother, Jewell Hodnett Cooper; step mother, Ova Cooper; and sister, Willena Hall.
