Mr. William “Bill” Bouldin, age 76, passed away Monday May 15, 2023, at his home. Bill was born in Van Buren County on September 30, 1946, to the late Paul and Virginia Curtis Bouldin. He was a proud Paratrooper as well as an Army Veteran. He retired from Textron. Bill loved to golf, fish, and work on the farm with his tractor. He was a member of the Bethlehem Church of Christ.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Carolyn Sullivan Bouldin, son; Rodney Allen Bouldin, sisters; Edna Milstead, Faye Bouldin, Dorothy Barnes, Paulette (Elmer) Boyd, Delaine DeBord, grandchildren; Jarrod Bouldin and Chasity Bouldin, brother and sister in-laws; Faye Scott, Linda (Larry) Russell, Margie (Billy) Chandler, Gay Sullivan, Patricia Sullivan, Charles Sullivan, Calvin (Phyllis) Sullivan, and Carson Sullivan. Several nieces, nephews, and extended also survive.
Funeral services will be held Thursday May 18, 2023, at 2:00pm at Bethlehem Church of Christ with Bro. Larry Bouldin officiating. Visitation times are Wednesday May 17, 2023, from 12:00pm-9:00PM at Layne Funeral Home and Thursday May 18, 2023, at Bethlehem Church of Christ from 10:00am until time of service at 2:00pm. Burial will follow in the Shockley Cemetery.
