Obituary of William "Bilbo" Edward Spencer  William “Bilbo” Edward Spencer, 97, of Booneville passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was a member of the Lakeview Baptist Church. He enjoyed having coffee each morning with his McDonald’s Coffee Club members and he loved spending time with his family.

A Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. at McMillan Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Lindsey officiating. Burial will be in the Jumpertown Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and on Wednesday from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

He is survived by his daughter, Ruby Moore; his grandchildren, Tracey Owen (Eddie), Corey Moore and Charlie Moore; his great-grandchildren, Jonna Lumpkin (Daniel), Jon Eddy Denton, Kaydee Owen and Courtney Moore; his great-great grandchildren, Emi Mae Lumpkin and Judah Lumpkin; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Bessie Copeland Spencer; his wife of 67 years, Dorothy Spencer; his brothers, J.W. Reese, Hester Reese, Curtis Reese, Claude Spencer, Gene Spencer; his sisters, Martha Counce, Jettie Nicholson, Nora Spencer, and Mary Nell Allred and his son-in-law, Coe Moore.

Pallbearers will be Alan Prentiss, Eddie Owen, Jon Eddy Denton, Frank Trollinger, Tommy Shields, Corey Moore and Pete Prentiss.

Honorary pallbearers will be McDonald’s Coffee Club members, Linda Shields, Jamie Shields, Johnny Shields, Tammy O’Neal and Jessica Mullins.
