William B. “Doll” Daugherty, age 87 of Quinton, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.
Graveside service will be Friday, February 16, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Shanghi Cemetery. Rev. Terry Muphree will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise C. Daugherty; son, Barry Daugherty; daughter, Patsy Dill; and grandson, Chris Daugherty.
He is survived by his children, Ray, Ronnie (Jody), Judy, Tony, Larry (Christy), Lisa (Dan), Tim and Tracy (Barry); son-in-law, Ricky; daughter-in-law, Donna; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, several other relatives, and a host of friends
He was a retired Coal Miner and a member of the UMWA.
