William Anthony Stinnett – Obituary

William Anthony Stinnett  age 72 of Anderson, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2013 at Huntsville Hospital. Mr. Stinnett was born January 19, 1941 in Limestone County to Bayles Stinnett and Anna Corder Stinnett.

Services for Mr. Stinnett are Saturday, October 12, 2013 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 3:00 p.m. Visitation will be Saturday, October 9, 2013, from 1:00 until 2:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sandlin Cemetery with Dan Binkley, Benjy Taylor and Ernest Campbell officiating.

He was a member of Carriger Church of Christ. He was a graduate of West Limestone High School Class of 1960. He also enjoyed restoring Allis Chalmers Tractors.

He is survived by his wife, Robbie Nell Stinnett; son, Mark Stinnett and wife Robin; daughter, Sandra Blankenship and husband Troy; grandchildren, Will Stinnett and wife Heidi, Olivia Blankenship, Anna Stinnett and Reed Blankenship; brothers, Mike Stinnett and wife Wanda; sisters, Jane Kenady and husband Glenn and Melissa Allaway and husband Joel; mother-in-law, Clara McConnell; brother-in-law, Joseph McConnell.

Pallbearers are Mark Stinnett, Will Stinnett, Troy Blankenship, Reed Blankenship, Jay Stinnett and Nick Allaway. Honorary pallbearers are Olivia Blankenship, Anna Stinnett and Heidi Stinnett.
