Funeral service for William Albert Mooney, 88, will be Thursday, July 27, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Oden Ridge Baptist Church with Bro. Dewayne Harper officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Oden Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Mooney died on Monday, July 24, 2017 at his residence. He was born November 10, 1928, in Morgan County to William McKinley Mooney and Elzora Taylor Mooney. He was employed by United Plating as a foreman prior to his retirement. He was very much loved by his children and grandchildren. Mr. Mooney was preceded in death by his wife: Maddie Mooney, his parents, nine brothers and sisters and 3 grandchildren.
