Mr. Will “Bodie” Monroe Swafford 72 of Skyline died on Sunday May 24, 2020 at his home. Mr. Swafford was a member of the Grace Baptist Church of Scottsboro and was retired from Gilbert Lumber Co.
Mr. Swafford is survived by his wife Helen Swafford,Son and daughter-in-law Michael and Billie Swafford, Daughter and son-in-law Michelle and Bruce Shockley and Danell and James Baxley. One Grandson Cody Shockley, and his Brother and sister-in-law Randy and Demple Swafford and several Nieces and Nephews.Mr Swafford was preceded in death by his Parents Willie and Estell Swafford and sisters Carolyn Golden and Mabel Bostick.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 PM until 8 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 AM from the Chapel of Rudder Funeral Home with Bro Jody Bell officiating.
