FLORENCE-Shoals MTB will be hosting a free event for the community on December 9th at 10:00 am at Wildwood Park. The event will celebrate the completion of the first phase of the Wildwood Park Trail Master Plan, with 3 miles of new multi-purpose trail having been built this year. The daytime event at the park will consist of kids-specific rides and races, adult group rides and races, and our local youth mountain bike team will be there to promote and recruit new riders for the upcoming season.

There will be an after-party at For the Record Music Hall on Huntsville Road beginning at 6 pm with free food, drinks, and fun activities. This event will host guest speakers and listeners will hear a recap of the progress that has been made this past year as phase 1 has wrapped up.
