Wilda Jane Long Shupe, age 79, of Summertown, TN passed away Monday, March 04, 2013 at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Blue Ridge, GA, Owner of Shorty’s Steakhouse in Nashville, TN, and a member of Whispering Hills Free Church Of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Austin and Bertha Davenport Long; her husband Junior Shupe; one son, Gary Nickeler; one brother, Fairley Long; and one brother-in-law, Frank Carver.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 05, 2013 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 10:30 AM Wednesday, March 06, 2013, with Thomas Mattox and Marvin Potts officiating. Interment will follow at Barnesville Cemetery in Summertown, TN.
