Wilburn “Bubba” Ozell Douglas, Jr., age 72 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Sunday, May 12, 2024 at his home.
Memorial services will be conducted at Mallory’s Church, 4330 Thomasville Rd, Chapmansboro, Tn at 2:00PM on Saturday, May 18th, with Bro. Randy Hester officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday, May 18th from 12:00PM until the hour of service at 2:00PM.
Mr. Douglas was born on February 10, 1952 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Wilburn, Sr & Mazie Allman Douglas. He worked for the state military department as a locksmith. He loved all kinds of drag racing and car shows and was in the Cruise’n N Groove’n and the Middle Tennessee Chevy Club. He loved his family and grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Joann Edgin; and nephew Matt Douglas.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Dawn Douglas; son, Dustin Walker; two daughters; brother, Bobby (Sara) Douglas; sisters, Tammy (Jeff) Ellis, Donna (Todd) Williams; four grandchildren; and father and mother-in-law, Ronnie & Jackie Watts.
