Wilba Fay Hicklen Shannon, 79, of Ardmore, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Elk River Health & Nursing. She was born July 11, 1944, in Ardmore, Tennessee to the late Elerson Cleo Hicklen & Ola Lucille Wilburn Hicklen.
Fay lived all her life in Ardmore area.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Christi Brooks; brother, Jimmy Hicklen.
She is survived by her husband Eddy Arnold Shannon, son, Michael Edward (Stephanie) Shannon; son-in-law, Shane Brooks; Brother, Bruce Hicklen.
Visitation will be at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on July 3,2024 from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM. Services will be held at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home following the visitation at 2:00 PM. Burial will be Gatlin Cemetery in Ardmore, Alabama.
