Whitney Leigh Shelnutt, age 34, of Mt. Hope, passed away on Sunday, June 04, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Wayne Shelnutt; her partner, Bill Terry; mother, Linda Shelnutt; siblings, Josh Shelnutt (Kara), Shane Khademi (Bridgette), Gina Clement (Kevin), Deana Shelnutt, Trina Rhea (Mitch); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Oscar Wayne Shelnutt.
The visitation will be 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the service following at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel. Sister Pearl Shelton will officiate the service. The burial will be at Union Hill Cemetery.
