Kruzn into Christmas (presented by Exit Realty Shoals)November 4, 2023Get a chance to win a festive Christmas tree while supporting the Kruzn for a Kure Foundation. Veterans’ Day Parade/ProgramNovember 10, 2023The Veterans’ Day Parade will take place at 10 a.m. on November 10. Beginning at Deshler High School, it will follow Main St. to 6th and end at the Colbert County Courthouse. A program will follow at 11 a.m. on the courthouse lawn, presented by American Legion Post 31. The Rev. Norman Simmons will speak. A meal will follow at the Church of Christ Annex, located across the street from the Courthouse at the corner of Fourth and Main Streets. In the case of rain, the parade will be canceled and other events will proceed as planned.
