Wesley Dean Venable, 52 of Orlando, FL, formerly of Sayre, passed away on February 1, 2023.
Wesley attended Corner High School. He was a member of Sayre Baptist Church. Wesley was an outstanding basketball player and he was an avid Alabama Fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce B. Overton.
Survivors include his children, Christiaan Holliday (Kayla), Elizabeth Robinson, Meghan Perkins and Gabrielle Venable; grandchildren, Mila, Maks and Ridge Holiday and Luke Baker; his father, Roger W. Venable, Jr.; siblings, Roger W. Venable, III (Cindy), Terri Parker and Linda Overton Ivey; several other extended family members and many friends.
A Memorial service will be held on Monday Feb. 20, 23 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Steve Knox will officiate. Burial of Cremains will follow in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Monday from 1-2 pm.
