Wells Clayton Whitworth, infant son of Chad and Kelley Whitworth, passed away Monday.
Survivors also include brother, Miller Hayes Whitworth; grandparents, Charles and Sherry Whitworth, Kim and Richard Shirkness, and Dan and Jo Miller; four great-grandparents; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
A private burial will be held.
