Wayne passed away on Friday February 2, 2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born in Alcorn County on August 29, 1940. He was employed with Tull Brothers for 36 years until his retirement. He was a member of Kendrick Baptist Church and was an avid classic car collector and a member of the Magnolia Car Club.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Newton; sons, Shane Newton and Stacy Newton; step-son, Jeffery T. Wilkerson (Stacy); grandchildren, Julian, Hannah and Bentley; and a host of other family and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Tilda Newton; son, Anthony Newton; brother, Aaron Newton and sister, Doris Newton.
Bro. Zack Howell will officiate the services.
