Waylon Stokes Provins, 80, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at Generations of Red Bay. He was born in Golden, MS to Edmon and Virginia Stokes Provins. He was a business owner working in security.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL assisted the family.
He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Ibarra (Steve) of Lake Ozark, MO; sisters, Gail Grubbs of Overland, MO and Elaine Peck (Fred) of Red Bay, AL; grandchildren, Danielle Hall (Daric), Destinee Bullard (Chris) and their children, Kaitlyn, Jayden and Brooklynn, Daniel Peck (Krystal), Drew Provins (Andi), Audrey Peterson (Chris), Jesse Zinke, Blake Provins, Alyson Provins, Christian Provins and Katerlie Provins; great-grandchildren, Rosalie Hall, Alicia Hall and Bry Provins and several nieces and nephews in Red Bay and Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Brian Provins.
