Wannell Carter , of Iron City, TN passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at NHC Healthcare Lawrenceburg after a brief illness. She was a native of Lawrence County, TN, a LPN, and of the Church of Christ faith. A Graveside Service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. Leon Smith will be officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
