Wanda Sue Suddith Fretwell, age 64, of Russellville, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at her residence.
Wanda loved Alabama football, living life, and trips to the mountains, but most of all, she loved her husband, kids, and grandchildren. She will be missed by everyone who knew her.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel. Bro. James McCullar will officiate the service. Burial will be at Jonesboro Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Romas Hayes & Mildred (Cummings) Suddith; brothers, Larry Suddith, Roger Suddith, Joe Suddith, and Randy Suddith.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 47 years, Billy Ray Fretwell; daughter, Beth Williams; son, Robbie Fretwell (wife, Jamie); grandchildren, Blake Williams, Matthew Williams; sister, Patsy Williams; brother, Danny Suddith; and several nieces & nephews.
The pallbearers will be Nate Montgomery, Clifton Wilson, Curtis Suddith, Hayden Suddith, Braxton Dempsey, and Jeremy Franks.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses, doctors, and staff of Helen Keller Hospital, Hospice of North Alabama, and Dr. Brad McAnnalley for the love and care of our family.
