Wanda Neal, age 68 of Watertown, passed away on November 7, 2023. The Funeral Service, conducted by Chaplain Alec Curt, is 4 p.m. Saturday, November 11, 2023 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be accepting friends at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the service at 4 p.m.
Wanda Faye Welker Neal was born in Nashville TN to Christine Craft and Floyd Welker. She worked at Toshiba as a Lead Tech. Wanda was a huge fan of Tennessee football, Vols and Titans. She is survived by sons: Kenneth Tomlin, Larry Tomlin, and Chris Tomlin; grandchildren: Dezmon Tomlin, Izzack Meacham, Daniel Chapman, and Christopher Austin Tomlin; great-grandchildren: Kendon Tomlin and Ariana Meacham; siblings: Emma Welker, Bonnie Craddock, and Ronnie Welker; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by husband John Neal, parents Floyd Welker and Christine and her husband L.B. Phillips, and brothers Gary Welker and Ricky Welker.
