Wanda Maxine Gortney, 68, of Tishomingo, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022. The family will have a private graveside service.
Wanda was a gifted artist and she loved to garden and cook. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Audrey Cornelison; and her sister, Linnie Houston.
Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Jimmy W. Gortney; children, Kimberly Puckett and Angie Whitehurst; step-daughter, Glenda Duranceau; sisters, Barbara Coffaro (Nick), and Nita Bailey (James); grandchildren, Blaine Bailey, McKenzie Carson, Reese Whitehurst, and Riley Budny; 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
