Wanda Luverne McDonald Clark, 78, of Jasper, Alabama passed away Sunday, August 4th, 2019, at Brookwood Baptist Hospital in Jasper.
Bro. Bill Martin will officiate a graveside service on Wednesday, August 7th, at 2 pm at Hunters Chapel Holy Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by parents: James E. McDonald and Ruby E. McDonald and siblings: James “Short” McDonald; infant son, Michael, and her son, Greg Clark; special friend, Patricia Thomas.
She is survived by children, Alan Clark (Diane) of Jasper and Chris Clark (Chandra) of Northport. Grandchildren: A.J. Clark, Carleigh Clark, Brandi Craven (Matt), Nicole Harbin (Jon); Great grandchildren: Jackson, Caden, and Toby Craven; Anabelle Harbin; Sister: Linda L. Kimbrell of Florida and several nieces and nephews.
Wanda raised her boys primarily on her own with help from family, friends, and neighbors. She loved making Christmas special by making her peanut butter balls to give out to loved ones. She was gifted with special artistic and musical talents playing many instruments by ear without any training. She had special lifelong neighbors who always looked out for each other.
