Watson- North Funeral Home is honored to be of service and ministry to the family of Wanda Louise Nard Scott. Miss Scott passed from this life on April 24, 2021. She was born to the late Johnny and Anna Price Kennerly Nard. Miss Nard had a lengthy employment history including Genesco, Lanier and Southern Manor, where she was a caretaker until retirement in 2016. Among her other interest in life, she loved being with her family, and taking trips. She was a loving and very outspoken woman. She enjoyed helping and raising her siblings. She didn’t mind putting those siblings in the corner. Miss Scott is preceded in death by her mother Anna Louise Kennerly; her father, Johnny Nard; sister, Regina Kennerly, and her three brothers, Wallace Kennerly, Billy Price, Lonnie (Ted) Kennerly. She leaves to cherish her memory her devoted friend and ex-husband Larry Scott; special nephew, Shiro Price of Decherd. She also leaves her sisters, Lelia Palmer, Rebecca Baker, Sheila Kennerly and Tina Kennerly, all of Winchester; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 29, 2021 between the hours of 5-7 p.m. at Watson-North Funeral Home. The family wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during the loss of our loved one.
