Walter Valrey Smith, 57, of Albertville passed away Sunday, January 17, 2016 at his residence.
Walter was born on January 31, 1958 to the late William Bradford Smith and Ida Mell Ray Smith.
Memorial Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until 2:00PM Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Janice Lybrand Smith of Albertville, stepson, Jason Morton Of Kansas, stepdaughter, Melissa (Jason) Parrish of Douglas, brother, Greg (Annette) Smith of Guntersville, sister, Libby (David) Robinson of Arab, special friend, Buster Bowman of Boaz, 4 Grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Emily Smith and a brother, Joe Smith.
